Zion Cases Display Case Rental

Keep your inventory organized, protected, and professionally displayed during the Aloha Card Show with a Zion Cases display case rental.

Your rental covers the full two-day show, so your case will be ready for pickup when you arrive and can be returned before you leave on Sunday.

How It Works

1. Reserve Your Cases Online
Select the number of display cases you need and complete your reservation before the show.

2. Pick Up at the Show
Your reserved cases will be available for pickup at the Aloha Card Shop booth inside the Neal S. Blaisdell Center.

3. Use Them for the Entire Weekend
Your rental is valid for both days of the Aloha Card Show: September 19 and September 20, 2026.

4. Return Before You Leave
All rental cases must be returned to the Aloha Card Shop booth before the end of the show on September 20.

Availability is limited. We recommend reserving in advance, as display case rentals may sell out before the show.

Rental Terms & Conditions

By reserving a Zion Cases display case through Aloha Card Shop (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“renter” or “customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

All Zion Cases display cases remain the property of Aloha Card Shop.

You are responsible for your rental case from the time it is picked up until it is returned to Aloha Card Shop and inspected by our team.

2. All Rentals Are Final

All display case rental reservations are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend, schedule changes, personal circumstances, or other circumstances outside the control of Aloha Card Shop.

Once payment is submitted, your rental reservation is confirmed.

3. Pick-Up & Return

Rental cases must be picked up from the Aloha Card Shop booth at the Aloha Card Show.

All cases must be returned to the same location before the end of the event on September 20, 2026, unless another arrangement has been approved by Aloha Card Shop in writing.

Cases not returned by the required deadline may be subject to a $25 late fee per case, per day.

4. Damage, Loss, Theft & Failure to Return

You are responsible for the rental case while it is in your possession.

Cases must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear and tear.

You may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

If a case is lost, stolen, or not returned, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost. Replacement costs generally range from $120–$180 per case, depending on the model and condition.

All rental cases will be inspected upon return.

5. Customer Merchandise & Liability

Aloha Card Shop and Zion Cases are not responsible for the loss, theft, disappearance, or damage of any cards, collectibles, merchandise, cash, personal property, or other items placed inside, on, or near a rental case.

Customers are responsible for supervising and securing their own merchandise at all times.

Locks are not included with the rental. If you wish to lock your display case, you are responsible for supplying and properly securing your own compatible lock.

Use of the rental case is at the customer's own risk.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing your rental reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for the display case while it is in your possession.
