Rental Agreement\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll Zion Cases display cases remain the property of \u003cstrong\u003eAloha Card Shop\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou are responsible for your rental case from the time it is picked up until it is returned to Aloha Card Shop and inspected by our team.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e2. All Rentals Are Final\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll display case rental reservations are \u003cstrong\u003efinal and non-refundable\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRefunds will not be issued for failure to attend, schedule changes, personal circumstances, or other circumstances outside the control of Aloha Card Shop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce payment is submitted, your rental reservation is confirmed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e3. Pick-Up \u0026amp; Return\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRental cases must be picked up from the \u003cstrong\u003eAloha Card Shop booth at the Aloha Card Show\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll cases must be returned to the same location before the end of the event on \u003cstrong\u003eSeptember 20, 2026\u003c\/strong\u003e, unless another arrangement has been approved by Aloha Card Shop in writing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCases not returned by the required deadline may be subject to a \u003cstrong\u003e$25 late fee per case, per day\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e4. Damage, Loss, Theft \u0026amp; Failure to Return\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou are responsible for the rental case while it is in your possession.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCases must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, excluding normal wear and tear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou may be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf a case is \u003cstrong\u003elost, stolen, or not returned\u003c\/strong\u003e, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost. Replacement costs generally range from \u003cstrong\u003e$120–$180 per case\u003c\/strong\u003e, depending on the model and condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll rental cases will be inspected upon return.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e5. Customer Merchandise \u0026amp; Liability\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAloha Card Shop and Zion Cases are not responsible for the loss, theft, disappearance, or damage of any cards, collectibles, merchandise, cash, personal property, or other items placed inside, on, or near a rental case.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCustomers are responsible for supervising and securing their own merchandise at all times.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eLocks are not included with the rental.\u003c\/strong\u003e If you wish to lock your display case, you are responsible for supplying and properly securing your own compatible lock.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse of the rental case is at the customer's own risk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e6.
