Terms of Service for Hawaii Pop Con Sales

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable Sales Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets, merchandise, or any other products or services ("Products") from Hawaii Pop Con, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Agreement"). This Agreement is enforceable like any written negotiated agreement signed by you. If you do not accept these terms, do not purchase Products from Hawaii Pop Con.

2. Non-Transferable Products

All Products sold by Hawaii Pop Con are non-transferable. The Customer agrees that they will not transfer, resell, or attempt to transfer or resell any purchased Products to any other individual or entity.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales of Products by Hawaii Pop Con are final. The Customer acknowledges that once a purchase is made, there will be no refunds, credits, or exchanges offered, except as required by applicable law or as specifically set forth in this Agreement.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional cases where Hawaii Pop Con may choose to offer a refund, credit, or exchange at its sole discretion, such decision does not constitute a waiver of this policy or set a precedent for future requests.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing the purchase of Products from Hawaii Pop Con, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
