July 31 – August 1 • Windward Mall Center Stage, Oʻahu
Set up at Hawaiʻi’s premier card and comic collectibles event. Buy, sell, trade, and connect with collectors all weekend long—100+ tables right at the Windward Mall Center Stage. Claim your space and be part of the action.

Please note: Maximum 2 tables per vendor, no food sales, and all sales are final. Please review the full vendor terms below before purchasing.
IMPORTANT PURCHASE LIMITATIONS
Maximum of two (2) tables per Vendor.
Orders exceeding two tables per Vendor — whether placed in a single transaction or across multiple transactions — will be canceled without exception.
No packaged or prepared food is permitted for sale, display, or distribution at this event.
TERMS, CONDITIONS & LEGAL AGREEMENT
1. Final Sale / No Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, AND NO TRANSFERS for any reason, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, travel issues, weather, scheduling conflicts, force majeure events, or failure to attend.
Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal will be considered a material breach of this agreement.
2. Compliance With Rules & Amendments
Vendor agrees to comply with:
All current and future Aloha Card Show rules and policies
All Windward Mall rules, regulations, and security requirements
All applicable fire codes, safety regulations, and laws
All instructions issued by Aloha Card Shop or event staff
Aloha Card Shop reserves the unrestricted right to add, modify, amend, interpret, or enforce additional vendor rules at any time, before or during the event, with or without prior notice.
Rules may be communicated via vendor packets, email, website postings, signage, or on-site staff direction and shall be considered binding upon issuance.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund or compensation.
3. Vendor Packet & Event Communications
Vendors will receive a Vendor Packet prior to the event containing additional operational information, including but not limited to:
Setup and breakdown schedules
Load-in/load-out procedures
Booth layouts and spacing
Additional restrictions or requirements
Vendor acknowledges that the Vendor Packet and all official communications are incorporated into and form part of this agreement.
4. Merchandise & Legal Responsibility
Vendor represents and warrants that:
All merchandise is legal, authentic, and lawfully obtained
Vendor holds all required licenses, permits, and approvals
No counterfeit, infringing, stolen, illegal, or prohibited goods (including packaged or prepared food) will be sold or displayed
Vendor is solely responsible for the collection and reporting of all applicable taxes
Aloha Card Shop reserves the right to remove any merchandise, display, or Vendor deemed non-compliant or inappropriate at its sole discretion.
5. Booth Assignment
Booth locations, layouts, spacing, and orientation are assigned solely by Aloha Card Shop and are subject to change at any time. Booth placement is not guaranteed and shall not constitute grounds for refund, dispute, or legal action.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, theft, damage to property, or interruption of business.
Vendor hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Aloha Card Shop, its owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the event.
7. Indemnification
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aloha Card Shop from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising from:
Vendor actions or omissions
Merchandise sold, displayed, or promoted
Violations of law or third-party rights
Injury or damage caused by Vendor, staff, or equipment
8. Force Majeure
Aloha Card Shop shall not be liable for failure, delay, cancellation, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, public health emergencies, venue issues, or other unforeseen events. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
9. Governing Law & Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively within the State of Hawaiʻi.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing this vendor booth, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, rules, future amendments, vendor packets, and policies issued by Aloha Card Shop.
