How It Works

Pick Up at the Aloha Card Show
Pick up your reserved case from the Aloha Card Shop booth at the event.

Return Before Leaving
All rental cases must be returned to the Aloha Card Shop booth before the end of the event on August 1.

Availability is limited, and rentals may sell out before the event.

Rental Terms and Conditions

By renting a Zion Cases display case through Aloha Card Shop (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Agreement

All Zion Cases display cases remain the property of Aloha Card Shop. The renter (“you” or “customer”) is responsible for the case from the time it is picked up until it is returned and inspected by our team.

2. No Refunds

All rental reservations are final and non-refundable, including in cases of event cancellation, schedule changes, failure to attend, or personal circumstances.

Once payment is submitted, your reservation is confirmed and cannot be refunded.

3. Pick-Up and Return

Rental cases must be picked up from the Aloha Card Shop booth at the Aloha Card Show.

All cases must be returned to the same booth before the end of the event on August 1, unless another arrangement has been approved by Aloha Card Shop in writing.

Late returns may be subject to a $25 late fee per day.

4. Damage, Loss, Theft, or Failure to Return

You are fully responsible for the rental case while it is in your possession.

You will be charged for any damage to the case beyond normal wear and tear. Charges may include the full cost of repairs or replacement, at the discretion of Aloha Card Shop.

If the case is lost, stolen, or not returned by the required deadline, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the case. Replacement costs generally range from $120 to $180, depending on the model and condition of the case.

All cases will be inspected upon return.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Aloha Card Shop and Zion Cases are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to cards, merchandise, cash, personal property, or any other items stored inside or near the rental case.

Locks are not included. Customers are responsible for providing and securing their own lock.

Use of the rental case is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing your rental reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rental terms and conditions.
